As you age, you use the knowledge that you've gained over the years to be more creative in doing & getting what you want. When you're young, you don't even have to think about it, you just do it. When you're older you have to do a little planning first, but you can definitely pull off a lot of what you used to do, using creativity. Interestingly enough, 3 of my friends & I turned 40 about the same time. Each one of us experienced our bodies going from 5th gear to 2nd gear the day we turned 40. It was really mind-boggling.
He's right. If ever you are very physically active; your mind and muscles remember your experiences. Therefore, you keep the spirit and ability to do what you love and yes, as you age; recovery is what takes more time ❤❤❤. Love you lil Buddy
