The brave woman who fought off an attacker inside a Florida gym is helping other women learn self-defense. Twenty-four-year-old Nashali Alma was working out at the gym in her apartment complex when an assailant tried to grab her. Alma was chased to the other side of the gym, where she whacked the man with her phone. Now, Alma teamed up with Youfit Gyms and instructor Jason Bleistein to teach self-defense classes.

It’s good that means he has a 2nd chance to do better in life, maybe probation or a year of jail would be good but the woman also deserved if she out there dressing indecent. Maybe they both needed a lesson learned and that’s why god let that happen and that’s why he plead not guilty and that’s why she wasn’t injured and was able to escape ???
if you eat junk food you’re more likely to get sick compared to if you were to eat healthy. You can still get sick after eating healthy from a natural disaster right but it’s 95% less likely.
If you dress like a hoe, you’re more likely to experience any sort of sexual abuse or even rape compared to a woman who was self respected and conservative at all times. So a conservative woman can still experience such thing but it’s over 90% less likely.
